My Octavia vRS Hatchback boot lid has started leaking water (actually comes out of the boot lid from the two plastic bumper pieces either side of the lock). I’ve never had it before and now whenever it rains and I open the boot it starts pouring out. I also noticed that some water has started to collect along the boot seal and the carpet is wet along the left side (as you look into the boot space) however I am not sure if this is just where the water comes out of the boot lid. It is now also has collected in the boot space under the floor (in the polystyrene kit holding the repair kit etc. There has been no rear damage and no other repair work to anything. The rear windscreen has never had any issues and all of the seals look to be OK. Any advise would be gratefully received.
