  1. Possibly, I have had the car in Skoda and they couldn’t find any leaks and they had it up on the ramp and did a health check which came back all ok, the smell comes when I’ve put my foot down and it comes into the cabin but it’s a lot stronger when the windows are down
  2. I believe the GPF was fitted later in around 2017, would a res delete or any other exhaust work cause the smell?
  3. I believe it’s CHHB
  4. Thanks mate, I’m new to all this briskoda and what not so unsure how to use it properly, it’s a 2015 octavia vrs tsi 220. apologies for the confusion and thanks for your help 👍🏻
  5. Hi everyone, I bought my first MK3 TSI vrs in December and I noticed a burning smell on hard acceleration a few days in, it’s a mixture of oil/ hot gasses however I’ve checked all signs of oil leak under car engine bay exhaust etc and oil and coolant consumption is fine? When I drive normally it doesn’t smell at all any ideas?
