  1. Hello Would anyone be able to tell me the part number for this coolant pipe which has tape around it. I noticed it had a slight rip in the pipe which is causing it to leak coolant which then gives me the low level coolant warning light on the dashboard. I have searched everywhere but cannot tell if the diagrams I have looked at are correct and matching the pipe needed to repair. Thanks in advance.
  2. yes of course I’ve read the thread in regards to keeping the car running and not interrupting the download. how big is the file, just want to make sure i have a larger enough sized usb c stick.
  3. many thanks, where do I download the file from?
  4. I would be very grateful for that, I would rather try and diagnose the fault myself before I start making trips to the dealership.
  5. It just seems that when I look these problems up, it seems like a common issue. I now had a hour long drive with no radio or sat nav because I had the loading profile screen. I rebooted the unit over 6 times and it just would not work! I am booking the car in for a complete software reset because this is just beyond a joke now!
  6. Appreciate the reply! I shall let them know when I speak to the garage. Is there any way to find out what version I have? Firmware etc?
  7. First of all this is my first experience with a Škoda, I came from an 2012 Audi Q3 which was a decent car, never really had issues apart from the annoying diesel particulate filter which we just lived with. I purchased a 2020 Kodiaq last week from a dealership, I had a couple of test drives which were really positive, so decided to go ahead with the purchase. I drove the car down from Liverpool to Essex which most of the journey was fine until I got a random “oil level too high” warning. Which was a bit odd, next I got the random emergency sos warning which again was random (turns out it’s a common thing). So literally the first day I had issues. This week using the car the infotainment system has frozen completely and had no functioning whatsoever, volume, no sound, no CarPlay etc. Now I know that car computers have their gremlins etc and that’s with new cars but wow this car as much as it drives great, is a real pain to live with!!! My partner drove to Bath a couple days ago and once again the infotainment system froze on them while on the motorway! Is there any tips on how to live this car issues? I’m going to book it into a Škoda garage to try and see if some issues can be resolved. The oil level is fine, the emergency sos is something I know that just randomly comes on and I can live with but the infotainment completely freezing on a regularly basis is not good enough. If anybody can help me on what I can do to resolve these issues. I would be grateful. My partner is really unhappy on how the car is having faults already into our first week!
