I rang Skoda UK customer service this morning and they have had similar reports. The lady I spoke to said it was a fault with the satellite! Not sure how one would get fixed but she suggested I monitor over the next few weeks.

Thank you for replying that is really helpful and yes, just checked, I too have no traffic information, with the TMC crossed out.

Hi I was clearing out the glove box and noticed the SD card for the sat nav which I took out and put in again. Sat nav still works along with all previous route history but the live traffic " Red lines " aren't showing anywhere. Is there a reset button somewhere or have I now removed that option? Many thanks, be grateful for any ideas. Octavia 69 plate.
