  1. Do you know which way the bleed nipples should face? Mine are on the bottom side.
  2. I’ve recently ran into a problem with my 2004 Fabia vrs. So I’ve changed my brakes from standard to 312mm and being an idiot I left the system dry for a month. Now I’ve put the brakes on and bled them and the pedal goes to the floor but if I pump it I have a pedal and then a few seconds after it goes to floor again, so I’ve changed the master and still same problem. I’ve also bled it with a diagnostic to run the abs pump and still nothing any suggestions. Pressure bled it, air bled & manually bled still nothing. No obvious leaks under the car.
  3. How do I bleed the master cylinder? Does anyone have any photos
  4. I have literally nothing, pedal goes to the floor then sinks even further, like there is fluid escaping somewhere but the brake fluid is full and I can’t see any leaks.
  5. Is there anyway I can bleed it without vcds? So I can get it to somewhere? I don’t have it and it’s currently in a garage away from home
  6. Hi so I fitted both front callipers as I got 312mm brake upgrade. I was initially sold the wrong callipers so the car was left without brake fluid for 3/4 weeks. The ‘new’ callipers were rusty, especially around the dust cover so potentially an issue there. But I pressure bled it and bled it normally several times, still can’t get a pedal. Haven’t used VCDS as I don’t have it but surely I should have something.
  7. Hi, I have a mk1 VRs and looking at buying an exhaust off an Ibiza pd100. I know the chassis are the same but I’m more thinking of the downpipe and whether that will fit. cheers. As for size, not sure If the pd100 runs less than the standard 130 2.25”. But this is not an issue as the exhaust is 2.5”.
