2023 1.4 PHEV with ~5000 miles on the clock Occasionally when pulling away the DSG gearbox seems to engage and disengage multiple times in quick succession. It makes a clicking noise each time it engages and disengages and results in the car jerking when pulling away. I have had this happen when slowly rolling on the power and also when giving it a bit more so I am pretty sure it's not how I am driving it. Anyone got any ideas? I would take it to Skoda but it probably won't occur whilst they look at it.

Yeah I really don't understand, it really can't be difficult to plug it in to the computer and set the value correctly

It was delivered on a single car flatbed. The inspection is set to 20k/2 years only the oil change was set to 100 miles/1 year. It was booked into my local dealer by the lease company to get this corrected but they refused to do it. They said it needed to go back to the dealer that supplied/PDI'd it. However the supplying dealer said it doesn't so I'm currently in limbo on getting it sorted, what fun!

If you have a PHEV it might be that the brakes are taking longer to bed in as you tend to use regen more often than not.

Thanks for all the advice people. My only complication is that it is a lease car provided by a dealer a long way from my location. I will ring the lease company and hopefully they can get it booked into my local dealer for the service to be set correctly and a once over.

This is the name of the Android app. I assume the Apple version is named the same should that be your preference.

Finally got my PHEV estate and loving it so far. I have noticed however on the app and on the infotainment screen that it is saying it is due an oil change in 100 miles (was delivered with 8 miles on the clock). I have been Googling but can't seem to find this mentioned anywhere, is this normal/correct? Thanks in advance

Managed to find the dealer. No build date confirmed, estimated September 😭

Wish I could get any this info from Zenith but I guess that's the problem with leasing.

My order from April 2022 definitely is not getting delivered next month then 😭

Hi all. Have a Octavia SEL iV Phev on order since April 2022 through a leasing company. They are still telling me early June but from looking on the spreadsheet here that might be a bit optimistic 😞
