I thought rather than trying to re invent the wheel, all the information should be on here somewhere & it would be common sense to join. I had a vw passat gte from new but had to make VW buy it back after it kept applying the brakes on motorways or any road it felt like. The garage could not fix the fault & having a legal mind it was easy to give them a choice, "No more delays, fix it within 14 days or we are going to court" They then agreed to refund my money, less a little for wear & use and I left behind my 18 month old Passat GTE. After having 2 cars I wanted something like the Passat, hence the Superb. I also decided not to spend £40k on a car this time or a car with batteries that depreciate in performance & fiscally quicker than a Tory government ministers prospects.
