  1. That's fine. Eldest can use a booster seat if there's enough space in the middle for it. If not she can sit on the standard trim seat base of the car providing the middle belt is a 3 point belt which I believe they are on the Octavia mk1??
  2. Cheers guys, thankyou for clearing that up for me. I'm a father of 3 and looking to get back into an Octavia possibly after a few years away so needed to know that I could get 3 child seats in the back. Will have to start looking for one now.
  3. Hi, do mk1 Octavia VRS have isofix points on the rear seats? Many thanks in advance to anybody that can let me know.
  4. I bought it for the right money at the time Liverpool lad so I didn't mind spending the time on it as it was going to be my pride and joy for a while or so I thought at the time. lol Really was a lovely looking car if i do say so myself. If only I could turn the clock back.
  5. That was mine. I did all the work to it. It had rear end damage when i bought it. A bit more than a scuffed bumper but nothing drastic. I stripped it back including the engine bay and gave it a bare shell paint job in the colour that it's in now which is Porsche Zenith blue. Was a fantastic car and absolutely mint when i sold it. Wish i'd still got it now to be honest but wouldn't have it back now as it's clearly not been looked after. :( I had a full stainless steel exhaust system made for it which certainly fitted better than it does now. I only sold it to fund a BMW 330 coupe which i didn't have long anyway. Such a shame do see that it's ended up like this, it took me ages to do. :'(
  6. Ones enough for me at the minute! Thanks for the offer though.
  7. Sounds like a plan. Been picking Gerry's (beretta) brains for a few days. I like the sound of what he's done to his car. I'll have to have a look at TRAX.
  8. Thanks for all the kind words. I'm really pleased with the car. It's a fantastic all round package. Power, comfort, style, reliability. And it's got 4 doors and a big boot too, which is ideal for the little one and all the stuff we seem to have to take with us everytime we go out! I've started to do a few mods as you can see. Replaced the wheels just this week and i also have a custom stainless cat back exhaust made to look like the original system. I want to try and make it look as standard as possible with exception of the wheels, of course. It also has a cold air induction kit and Mintex discs and pads all round. Got my name down in the groupbuy for a rear anti-roll bar and am hoping to get a suspension kit also to sharpen up the handling. FMIC and a sports cat will follow too hopefully before finally having it all maped to make the most of it all. I'd like to get around the 250 bhp with similar torque as i believe this is a healthy power level for a front wheel drive car. Does it sound a possibility with those sort of mods?
  9. Yes. It was a big job. It was just a rolling shell so i didn't do under the arches but they're pretty much covered by the arch liners anyway.
  10. Certainly is. It was white originally but i stripped it all down and re-sprayed it that colour. It's Porsche Zenith blue metallic.
  11. Here are some pictures of my car for you to cast your eyes over.
  12. Can you put me down for a definate also please. Money waiting! Well credit card.
  13. Apologies for not sorting the pics yet. I've been really busy, will try and sort some in the next day or so
