  1. Mine is at the dealer too for almost a month although it was once again in the beginning of September. I was told that they did “recovery update” and it should be perfect. A man from the service drove the car about 150km, talking with android phone trough the car and there were no problems. I took the car, I’ve connected it with my iPhone 12 mini and the same evening the **** happened again I thing it is from the phone but not 100% sure. They gave me Scala to drive during my O4 is in the service since 15th of September and I am still waiting. I made a call last week and the dealer told me that they are going to replace something like “control unit”, but they are waiting it to come from Czech factory. I will have the car next and I hope that this time I will be happy. I will write again to give you feedback.
  2. I could raise my two hands
  3. I am driving a week after a factory reset of the infotaintment (mentioning again that 1941 was installed but without any result) there are no reboots but with the condition that I am not using Carplay. I am just testing if this is the problem. The next week I will connect the iphone to the car to see if would become angry again 😂
  4. I’ ve got 3 updates via OTA and I have nothing to lose, so I installed them. The latest was this morning.
  5. For most of the owners YES, unfortunately not for me. I was talking with the dealer yesterday and he gave me an idea to do a factory reset and then to drive without connecting with Carplay to test if there would be any reboots.
  6. I asked the dealer for replacement I he told me that 100% this wont fix the problem. "They" - Skoda Service Cnter knew about lot of other cars with my problem and the fix is new software update. The update is here, instaled but unfortunately this is not the solution. At this moment I am writing and e-mail to Skoda factory askig what to do next.
  7. So am I the only one who is having 1941, but there are still reboots? I've called the dealer with the bad news abter the update and he told me that this thime they're goin to ask Skoda's factory what to do next but I don't have any hope that this is going to a good end.
  8. No, I didn't do the factory reset on my own, maybe later when I am home. Also I was affraid to isntall the update that appeared after the 1941 install, but now I have nothing to lose so I will install it to see if there would be any errors
  9. Hey guys I am from Bulgaria and I have my Octavia since 6th April 2023 and the problems started from day two - all the things that are mentioned before from most of you - monouver brake, SOS module, no sound, restarting every minute, parking assistance. After 5000km and 5 times in the service I saw in the forum about the latest update 1941 that most of you already have. I thought that is going to be the pill that will heal the system. Yesterday I took the car from shte dealer with the latest update 1941 and everything was fine since tomorrow morning... All the same ****. I am ****ed off and I want to smash this ****ty infotainment. I really don't know what to do anymore... I am sorry that the language of the car is in bulgarian but the numbers talks about themselves...
