  1. that's a good point, that I probably should have thought off. I don't know, bc I've not had the car long, but it could well be original. It's due in for an MOT soon, so I might just ask them to check the battery at the same time
  2. My 2011 TSi with the DSG auto recently refused to start after being parked for roughly 30 minutes. The starter motor didnt try and turn it over at all, just the relay clicking and the dash lights flashing. I'm pretty sure it wasn't just flat battery, as it had no load on it for most of that time, and just the radio for about 10 minutes at the end, plus the complete lack of turnover while still running the radio fine. Has anyone had anything similar?
