Okay alright just wanted to make sure cause you used the word springs (where the button has springs in it).. my bad. So do you think that there's a higher chance for it to fit if I order a new lid? Maybe since I've glued mine it's more like rock hard-ish.

I'm talking about the whole cover not just the button to lift it up and grab stuff from the inside. I'm just curious how there is a standalone cover on the market but there are not any ways (as far as I know) to put the cover in place...

So I broke the little hinges at the very back of the armrest lid and I super glued the broken part. The issue is that there is not even a tiny chance to casually re-fit it. As shown on the image I've taken out 4 screws from the armrest interior but it doesn't move at all. I'm seeing that there are plenty of armrest lids on the market just by themselves so there must be a way to do it. Any ideas?
