  1. Yes, I've made a "reset to factory settings", then needed to login again with skoda account credentials to get the profile downloaded to the car. Two keys are needed also to make the user primary one. Also at some point profile was locked with the lock icon, but providing S-PIN helped to unlock it. After the reset update popup again and this time installed correctly (I also had a feeling that OTA update description was a little different this time, didn't contain the background services part).
  2. I've found on another forum info that "Reset to factory settings" seems to be helping, after reset update is available again to install and this time it worked without any issues (thx @grzesiek1651). I didn't try it yet by myself, cause I want to give some more time it to install but I'm driving about two weeks with this hanging update (mostly on short tracks recently, but also I left the car for around ~30 minutes a few times and had some longer journeys too).
  3. Hello, I have software 1941, a few days ago OTA update appeared for my car, related to: - Background System Services - changed layout for better visibility - Shop - new design, paypal support etc. - Service activities I select to install it wait some time but it won't finish the installation, now whenever I start car popup appears that this update installation is in progress but there's no message for ending. I started the car in the ignition mode and waited around 20 minutes to finish, without luck. Tried to restart infotainment a few times with long pressing button, but after restart popup about installing update is still there. I also noticed that i.e. shop application already have a new look, so I'm confused and it looks like this update stuck at some point. Did anyone encountered similar situation with any OTA update and maybe have some solution for it?
