  1. Our vehicles are very close then. Mine is 2017 facelift SE L. Fair to say they might be identical. Your answer it is much appreciated
  2. Hello group! earlier my idle went from the 750-800 to 1100rpm. Usually that’s a sign for a DPF regen but I’ve checked it with the OBD Eleven anyway. No errors but battery voltage was 11.9 then 11.8. Took a volt meter and put it on the battery and it was 11.9 indeed. It is the second time the car does this but first time was on after 5 mins. I’ve looked on AUTODOC and seen that alternators come in 3 types 110A, 140A, 180A. Any idea how I can find out how many AMPS mine got without removing it? I would like to order a new one asap. don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I have disabled the start stop system through OBD Eleven about 2 months ago.
  3. You are right I should have read the instructions. Thank you kindly
  4. Hello, I cannot find the sign up option on the MIBsolution website they provide for download, and ideas?
  5. Thank you sir, I will go with the original style Switchable pump. But I'm not sure I understand what to go for when comes to with or without disabling contact variants🫡
  6. Hello, I have see that but I did not see anything about the integrated or the lack of disabling contact, I'm not even sure what those are.
  7. And kits without disabling contact. I do not know which I should go for and what my engine currently has. I was wondering if anyone could point me to the right direction. Also apologize for not finishing all in one go, I accidentally press enter/post. Thanks in advance
  8. Hello people🫡 I recently got this 2017 2.0TDI 150 CRMB Octavia, I'm planning to replace the timing as a kit. I had a look on autodoc( everywhere else seems unnecessary overpriced), and I find kits with switchable water pump and kits with non-switchable water pump, alongside those two options I find kits with integrated disabling contact
  9. Hello! Thank you for your reply. The reason I'm thinking about a software update is quite dull. I have no issue whatsoever but I like to keep everything around me updated to the last version available. Phone, PC drivers, now the car. I'll visit the dealership on Tuesday to ask if they could do it as a request or only if I come with proof that I actually have any sort of issues with it.
  10. Hello, I have just purchased a 2017 Octavia with 0363 software version. I understand that the 0369 would be the last one available but on the Skoda website I can only download maps/radio logos. I was wondering if I could get some guidance/help on here on how to update my car to the latest firmware available. Thanks in Advance
