  1. Thanks for the many helpful replies. As it turned out, the new car did have a spare, although the dealer hasn't listed it on the spec, so it wasn't an issue in the end. I hope I didn't waste your time, and I expect the info here will be useful for others. Martin
  2. I am about to trade in my Superb Mk II (2012 1.8 TSI) for a 2018 Mk III 1.4 SE Technology. The new one doesn't have a spare. Will my Skoda-supplied full size spare fit on the new car, and be usable as an emergency temporary replacement? My current car has 205/55R16 tyres on 16" rims, and the new one has 17" rims. Many thanks for any tips. Martin
