Hey, I got an overheating symbol and when I looked I saw the coolant reservoir was nearly full.. Someone knows what it could be? I started the car and at idle I noticed that the coolant is normal unless I open the cap of the expansion tank/cooling reservoir and then the coolant start to go up and boil is it normal? Are the radiator cap and the expansion tank/coolant reservoir cap the same? Thanks

Didn't check but isn't it supposed to be replaced when replacing the clutch?

Hi guys I have a Fabia Mk2 2013 manual with approximately 110.000km. I started having a problem shifting from 1st to 2nd gear (supposedly only occuring after driving for a while but not for the first 10-20min where it works perfectly). Basically the gear doesn't fully engage when I lift the clutch after shifting from 1st to 2nd and there is a slipping/grinding noise. I replaced the clutch with a new one thinking it will solve the issue but still no improvement. Don't know if it is related but the clutch biting point is quite low. I hope you can help me

Breezy_Pete Not this time to be honest but i pretty sure it was also like this few days before after I did it correctly (pulling/wiping/and checking one more time). Is it problematic and if so how can I remove some? Warrior193 I’ll check it thanks for the advice!

Maybe that’s a good direction. About the tires I used what is specified by skoda, the only thing is that I noticed the tires are H instead of T (The previous owner sold it to me with H tires so I also used H tires)

Now that you say this it seems that the speed gauge is also a little weird, it shows higher speed than the actual one (for example 30 instead of 45-50)

Yep don’t have any warning light, by the way is it normal being between 2000 and 3000 rpm when driving? (Idling at approx 900) Sadly I don’t have a obd..
