long story short, after VAG diagnostics and repairs they determined that problem was in subwoofer.. software update and subwoofer issue was just coincidence, thank you everyone for advices, case closed

Hello, Today my Canton suddenly stopped working.. I don't know what happened but what does not work: Subwoofer Rear doors speaker, except tweekers they working Front speakers working normally, looks like issue with all canton system.. how can I check something more? should I plug / unplug amplifier? or check subwoofer connection? Could it be amplifier? Btw had firmware update few days ago but everything was working fine.. Skoda Superb 2019 Canton MIB 2.5
