  1. That's what happened to my oktavia II radio. The radio went into protection. You have 3 options to solve the problem: Search on google sites that offer unlock codes, example: autoradiocodes.com Ebay : https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=skoda+radio+code&_sacat=0 Go to a Skoda dealership and they should be able to fix the problem. I personally bought it from the internet because it was faster. Hope I was helpful
