  1. All, I've managed to get one of the drives recognised, used exFAT, although I had done this before, this time it worked, the only difference is that I used a Windows 10 PC to do the format, whereas I'd used a Windows 11 previously. Kind of strange, but will perform the update after work later, hopefully I can listen to music and even use the satnav when I go to Wales on Thursday, fingers crossed. Angie
  2. Hi all, Only joined today, please be gentle 😁 I've read all the pages about the infotainment system, mine has the restart issue, every 10 minutes or so and is running version 1896, I've downloaded the files, formatted a USB drive (32GB), tried using FAT32, exFAT, also have a 64GB USB which I used another piece of software to force it to be able to be formatted to FAT32, no matter what I do, I plug the USB into either of the 2 USB C sockets, and when entering the update options both of the USB entries are empty, I cannot select either of them, so it appears the USB drives aren't being recognised. I am using a cable that converts from USB to USB C as mine only has USB C connections in, my phone works fine, so they do work. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
