I refer you to this very lengthy topic, in a nutshell their might be a bit more to it..............

Collected my new L&K 190 Tsi last Thursday (swapped for my L&K 220Tsi) only to find out that it didn't have "lane assist", No option to select it. Took the car back to the dealer the next day (Friday) to show them the problem, they of course agreed but to late to sort anything out. I thought it would be only a matter of coding, all the cameras etc were all in place and it should be standard equipment on the L&K. Manager rang me this morning offering a £500 reimbursement good will as after talking to Skoda UK, this item CANNOT be retro fitted. He asked if I was happy with this to which I replied definitely Not, he asked where we should go from here, I replied "Rejection". Manager said he would have to get in contact with Skoda again. Perhaps I might not be the only one in this situation? Your thoughts please.....especially that its more than coding.
