I don't have an MFD. I have VCDS, how could I solve it with diagnostics?

I have a problem with the mechanical unlocking of the vehicle, where it only unlocks the driver's door and I have to turn on the ignition and press the button to unlock the vehicle, otherwise all the doors will not unlock except when I do it remotely Imam problem sa mehaničkim otključavanjem vozila, gdje se otključavaju samo vozačeva vrata i moram upaliti kontakt i pritisnuti tipku za otključavanje vozilo, inače se sva vrata neće otključati osim kada to učinim daljinski
