According to the manual, Octavia has an adblue preheater, so you should not worry too much about it. If it is sold in your climate then it should work in that climate, but best is to consult the dealership what are their advices and guidelines. I would personally ask about safe filling levels. I don't know how much adblue can expand while being frozen, so one thing to keep in mind, that maybe keeping it's tank full might not be the best idea. Also driving until the low limit of adblue might be dangerous, as less adblue will potentially freeze faster. One advice from me - if you are refilling inside a garage or on the floor that you can't easily clean, then use smaller bottles. I once purchased 10l canister, the funnel was terrible, canister was heavy and I spilled a lot in my parking spot in the garage. When it crystallized, it created very slippery and ugly surface.

I'm sure it won't help anybody who is already waiting. But maybe while making a decision on what drivetrain to pick, choosing my configuration will speed things up. I think high powered TDI is easier to get and demand for TSI was way higher than expected. It seems that nothing from the accessories blocked the production. However when I was ordering I was expecting year+ of waiting. Since I didn't pay anything for the order I was sure that I'll make an order for new Superb in the meantime after it comes out, and buy whatever will be first produced.

I may be wrong, but I think that problem with type-C is that it has different power supply capabilities which need to be negotiated between devices before supplying any power. I don't know how is it realized in Skoda side, but normally usb-c standard required proper resistors between CC lines and GND or communication chip which negotiates the maximum voltage and current. Some cables might not have any of these, neither some adapters. USB-C to micro USB will then work directionally (so power delivered from micro usb will be "visible" on the usb-c plug and not the other way round), but also not necessarely with all devices. For me 2 Aliexpress cables were not working. I ended up with having a usb-c -> usb-A adapter from Baseus and I cut and shortened original camera cable with usb-a plug to around 30cm. Soldering was required, but I was desperate:)
