  1. Blow off valve

    Greetings, I've been trying to make that turbo flutter sound for quite some time. I understand that I need to find and cancel the blow off valve I've been trying for some time to identify this valve or figure out how I can get that sound on my 1.9 tdi ALH engine. The only modification to the engine is a sports air filter. What can I do to get that turbo flutter sound?
