Update2 . so today active regeneration triggered after 300km this was the second after dpf cleaning . I wait for the 3rd and if its will be same or less i think my best options will be check the injectors and turbo. still the soot mass measured is quicker then soot mas calculated . 6-9g difference.

Update. so i have new new rear suspension i really feel the difference. so i have cleaned dpf and new that cooling i dont know what is the correct name for that part . And guess what, first regeneration after 100km… so the dpf was cloged around 40% of his capacity was full of oil ash , now its cleaned , the capacity is bigger and the regeneration is trigered at 100km ..

Update . this part was the troublemaker . Its a cooler for recycled gasses.this part is one of the diesel system witch can cause that dpf is full too soon. btw… this service action will be pretty expensive … cooler 250€, cleaning dpf 100€, mechanic find out my rear DCC shock absorbers was tottaly leaked out so 2 new dcc shock absorber . Sweet life .

No mate, i just reinstal the app and the ash soot lvl in app start again from 0. Yes its basicaly wrong datas about ash lvl, but the Kilometers dont lie . Yes i know the capacity of dpf is reduced when is too much oil ash. Today was my dpf cleaned chemically, tomorrow will be mounted back to my car . Technician told me DPF were on 25-30% fullness of ash, witch is pretty normal on this km rate 160k. So i will soon see if i be able to run more that 200km on cleaned dpf and how long .. but one thing is sure for me , diesel car is only for highway , this dpf system need passive regeneratios too and thats is achievable only on higher speeds .

Soot mass messured is that is quicker .this pic is 3kms after full regen. Differencial pressure in idle mode is around 3-9 . I think thats high after full regen. Its looks that the presure sensos is faulty.. or cloged dpf. yes.. after 1 year still issue .

Hi ,im pretty sure i have a very rare issue . Because i try to solve this around 5 months and my car were around in 4 shops for now. So in 2020 when i buy my used car , my dpf start active regeneration minimum after 380km and maximum 400 km every single time this mileage was pretty standard on my daily rides to work. On longest trips , for example long highway rides minimum 800km maximum 1200 km till trigered regeneration. In 2021 from 110kw was upgraded (chip Tunning) to 137kw. After this upgrade 30 000 were regenerations same as before . One beautiful day when i was driving to work i noticed raised rpm on neutral , so i started my regeneration app on mobile and noticed that im under active regen few km s now. And the lastregen was 170km .From that day , regeneration was trigered between 100-200 km , last few weeks when i stop using fuel aditive VIF it was 130-270 km.. (btw that **** may helps emissions and fuel system ) so whats wrong ? Every sensors was checked they are OK. addblue is working OK(already tried shut down addblue for 5k km, it was same ) Fuel injectors are OK Fuel consumption OK DPF oil ash level from diagnostic 8g of ash Car have no power issues , oil is correct - low ash. regenerations runs normally, around 15-17 km. car have 154 000 km for now , im struggling with this issue from 140 000, so i tried some magic additives, dpf aditives, diagnostics, engine checks, emissions test .everything is Okay, just that little problem , soot mass lvl is rising around 50% quicker …why? i want to make a chemical cleaning on that dpf , but the technician from that shop tolds me it will be totally useless because my dpf is not full and its makes proper regenerations .. can somehow affect this problem EGR valve ?? Btw , egr is okay too, but only a test through diagnostic.
