  1. It seems now after I finally managed to take it to a Skoda garage with the problem active that I have gotten moisture into the fuse box/central that has caused corrosion and other problems that has shorted the socket for the fuel pump relay. Got it scheduled for replacement next week.
  2. I have a really odd issue that has persisted for 2 years but since it is only happening now and then, it has been a pain to find out what it is. I even left it at a Skoda-certified garage, but when it was there, the problem didn't surface. So far, it has left me stranded several times and killed one battery for me. The issue: Sometimes, the fuel pump keeps running after I turn off the car. It keeps running if I pull the fuse for the fuel pump and it keeps running if I pull the relay for the fuel pump. It does stop, however, if I pull the fuse for the CANBUS This has happened perhaps 7-8 times since I bought the car 2.5 years ago. Sometimes it can stop after I've driven it. Sometimes it keeps at it for a few days. But it has bad timing, so I have never managed to take it to a garage while the problem is active. Does anyone here have any clue what it could be, because it is driving me nuts having to disconnect the battery every time I leave my car just to prevent it from being dead next time I need to use it.
