Hi, I have a Skoda Superb 2018 with xenon lights. Sometimes when I use the high beam it fails and I get two error messages. The messages (translated so might be a bit different) "Check left high beam" and "Error: Cornering lights (AFS)". When this happens The lights goes into some kind of fail safe mode and only lights up a short distance in front of the car.
The error disappears the next time I use the car but sometimes appear again when I turn on the high beam. The dipped headlights always work fine, the problem only occurs when I use the high beam.
Can this be due to a faulty ballast or do you have any other ideas what can cause this? I guess the bulb is ok since the dipped headlights works fine.
