Thank you think I found it. white wire looks damaged. Will pull the seat out over weekend and repair and see how that goes. Hopefully after wire repair module chances automatically to 36.

Also when how do i run the basic settings and renenabling the memory? I havent changed anything yet from a coding perspective just read the codes. Hi everyone, i have a problem that im trying to figure out but its kicking my azz. I recently purchased a 2016 (MY17) Skoda Octavia VRS wagon. Love the car.. But I'm having issues with the memory seats. for some reason the the presets don't work. I do know how to use them i also have a golf exactly the same.
