  1. Touchscreen unresponsive

    Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. I have a 2 month old Karoq and today I am unable to get any response from the touchscreen. It turns on, the parking sensor still works, and I can still access certain things through voice assist, but I am getting zero response from touching or the buttons. I have tried a soft reset by holding down the power but no luck. If anyone has seen this before or might have a solution I would appreciate it
