  1. faulty lock... the dude made his magic and is good as new as he claims There is a serious design flaw that leads to the failure
  2. Problem resolved, I went to a technician and fixed it ,cost 80€
  3. Interesting Side note, a strange thing, When I am inside the car and I lock the doors (accidentally) from the remote, the central locking/unlocking is disabled, I have to unlock via the remote.
  4. Hello to everybody I have a Skoda Octavia 2006 2nd hand and I am facing this stupid issue My Passenger door is locked and I can't open it no matter what The story is like that I purchased it recently from an individual and everything seemed OK at first glance All the doors locking, unlocking normally but after a couple of days it seemed the the passenger door would some time forgot to open, using the lever from inside was the solution or locking and unlocking all the doors Couple of days ago the passenger door just locked The lock would pop around 2/3 and it would stay that I tried to pull it, used the lever nothing Suddendly after a couple of hours it popped out and hooray ,but it only lasted it next lock/unlock I went to a car shop and I am scheduled for a repair next week but the thing is that the lock being locked and the door not opening would probably lead to severe damage and overcharge Any tricks to open it , I am pretty frustrated that the inside lever is useless for such a simple thing Also ,is there a chance that I could perform some modification to override this behavior so that the lever can always open the door ?
