I wouldn't really try it, from experience whenever I have done anything like that the pin layout is different and may cause power/earth's to go places they shouldn't do... haven't done this on a VAG but assume it should be the same...

Did you need any timing tools or was it straight forward, going to be doing mine in the next few weeks... thanks

Just wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge about what sideskirts would fit a mk1 Octavia Vrs, having troubles finding something simple... everything I have seen that's marked for an Octavia mk1 looks like its straight out of max power... any ideas on any other cars that I could direct fit or do a minor adjustment to that would fit a mk1 octavia...
