Is it a manual? I had a similar issue on my Mk3.5 Leon - as a secondary issue to the car liking to cut out when i pulled out of junctions unless i gave it lots of beans. it was traced back to a clutch position sensor which was recalibrated and stopped the cutting out for most part but it also seemed to deal with break issue. It also wont release if it thinks a door is option but would imagine that would be showing on the display if that was an issue.

It seems that way but think it keeps a small bit of reserve it doesn't show you on the dash. So it's though to creep around your neighbourhood just before you get home which is nice for your neighbours if you get back late at night.

It's a shame it resets to auto every drive. For example doing long drive and want to charge up a bit for when I get to destination town to go into electric, every time it stop at services have to set it again

That's true , but it's easy for the non audiophile to keep messing around and then up putting up with something worse. Such a shame car companies still cheap out so much on a few hundred quid of audio gear on a £35k car

Hi all, just got an mk4 iv SEL lovely car but the sound system is a big downgrade from my previous company car which was a seat Leon fr sport. Can see there is some basic adjustment available in the radio for bass treble etc. has anyone happened on a good setting for the best sound?
