I paid 1200$ I can take it back to the dealer but I thought maybe is there a quick fix that maybe I can do myself.

Hi everyone About a week ago my mechatronic died and I took it to the dealer to replace it with a good one. Since then, I recognize my upshifts between 2nd to 3rd are really late, my car used to upshift before 2k rpm and now it upshifts just after 2k rpm it happens between 3rd to 4th as well. my avg fuel consumption increased and I think its because of that as well. is there any solution for that? Thanks in advanced
