  1. Hey, has anyone else seen this at all.. I’m sure they’ve been working fine all day but I’ve not actually looked at the rear… just gone out to my car and the tailgate lights seem to be going wild and just not working anymore 😬 I have given them a few taps incase something was loose but nothing… nothing on the dash either 🤷‍♂️ IMG_6056.mov
  2. Ah really,, yeah I’m imagining it’s looking to be a pain… I only needed something sort of temporary as I’ve not got the car long term…. I think the usb c ports are only on with the ignition so I’ve just ordered a usb c to normal usb adapter to run a few things 😕 don’t think I can deal with always remembering to unplug everything lol
  3. Hey just wondering if anyone can help. I’ve got a 2023 Skoda KAROQ Sportline…. I’ve been needing to use my cigarette/12v port a lot recently but noticed that it’s always on… even after locking and leaving the vehicle for hours on end the problem is this just drains my battery and is a bit annoying having to always unplug and plug things back in… just wondering if there’s a way to make it so that this port only works when the ignition is on? I did see online someone said to move the fuse down one so it’s not inline with the others but this just made a click noise when the ignition was turned on/off and the ports then just didn’t work…. I called Skoda and they said they’ve never been asked and have no idea anyone know how to make them live with only ignition on? THANKS !
  4. The apps well hit or miss for me to be honest.. some days it works flawlessly other days it just doesn’t do anything 🤭 I honestly mostly use it now to keep track of all the £££ im spending in fuel 🥲
  5. Honestly mate it’s just a bit of piece of mind.. and aswell we’re usually always out and about meaning parking in crazy busy car parks so I’ve missed being able to easily find my car instead of hunting up and down them massive isles lol 😂🙉 our BM and Mercedes before both allowed us to just select an option to turn it on so would be nice to get something similar again
  6. Thanks mate. Reckon I might just yolo and buy the OBD eleven anyway and see if it allows me too… if not it’s one of them 😂 still want my car to beep when it locks , the one thing I miss from my previous car lol
  7. Hey mate, it says it’s a 2023 build, it was built right at the end of last year , wasn’t registered or registered to me until the start of this year. I’m assuming that all the gear for it is already in the vehicle just wasn’t ever switched on 🙉
  8. Hey, I’ve had my new Skoda KAROQ Sportline since the end of January now. when getting the car I was under the impression that TSR would’ve come as standard, there wasn’t much online about the specifications included as standard I think due to chip shortages etc… just wondering if I bought something like OBD eleven or Carly if I’ll have the option to code it in? Was seeing if anyone else has had any luck doing this. It’s a 73 plate KAROQ Sportline… I’ve read online the camera by the rear view mirror is all that’s needed and mine has that because of the matrix headlights but you never know with how these manufactures like to change things… I’m still looking at getting OBD eleven anyway for things like beeping when locking and unlocking but would be nice to get the TSR and at a push lane assist even tho I’m not a fan of it 🙉🤭 if anyone’s had any experience with this or similar any advice would be great! TIA 🙂
  9. Probably mate, but I’m sure most things go up in April anyway don’t they
  10. Believe to have an update… only took AGES, I’ve been told from week 14 of 2023 all KAROQ Sportlines will be equipped with the 10.25 VC as standard… again the brochures are so vague and it seems maybe this was due to a shortage of something and theyre now back to normal production ?! as I am aware the two trims below the sportline come with the small 8” display…. the whole reason I didn’t want to upgrade to the Columbus was for the price of it for an extra inch when all the configurator and brochures had said the VC was standard along with the Amundsen+ package on the sportlines 🤷 Hoping this could be the end of the virtual cockpit saga lol… TOUCH WOOD for now thanks all 🤭 I’ll be back if I get anymore updates and hopefully if I take delivery of one !
  11. Im trying to hold any hope that Id get the 10.25” VC as standard lol, not sure I really wanna fork out almost a grand for an extra inch on the infotainment screen and be surprised later on that the VC came as standard anyway hahaha.. but if needs must 🤷
  12. When abouts did you get yours, im still thinking maybe it was to do with a chip shortage… I’ve read that from week 13 onwards of 2023 the 10.25 is standard…. Whether that’s true is a guess in itself lol. As much as the smaller displays not a problem, I’ll just miss having maps and all my other little bits on that display… My XC40 currently has the virtual cockpit and I love that thing ! Just don’t think I could go back to basics lol 🤣
  13. 4th one! 😳 looks a beauty mate, good to hear you’re enjoying it! Despite playing duck duck goose with this VC thing makes me excited to get one lol
  14. Yeah none of it is very clear in all honesty lol, it’s like a guessing game 🤣 one place says this the next says that it’s like a game of lucky dip 🤭
  15. This is what I’ve been thinking … I’ve been assuming it was due to the chip shortage. I think i should be in the clear but I just wanted to triple check before pulling the plug as knowing my luck 😂
  16. That’s good to hear lol, some slight reassurance 😂😂 that’s why I thought it’d be good to speak to those that own them ! What you thinking of the KAROQ so far!
  17. Thanks Langers, I have seen the brochure already which again is another reason why it’s confusing me seeing 2023 Sportlines with the tiny digital display and not the 10.25” virtual cockpit which supposedly comes as standard on the Sportline… I hope my confusion seems to make sense lol
  18. That’s what I feel like I’m going to have to do but I feel like it shouldn’t be telling me on the configurator the virtual cockpit comes as standard as the Sportline should do…. However again there’s no clear answer as to wether it does as upgrading to the Amundsen+ doesn’t seem to change anything other than the main infotainment screen in the middle which I’m not too bothered about being the smaller one… it’s so back and forth lol
  19. Hey! Thought this might be the best place realistically to try get an answer as everywhere online is so vogue and I’ve not yet had a straight answer through Skoda.. I’m looking at placing an order for the 2023 KAROQ Sportline sometime in the next month… the problem is I can’t seem to find what driver display comes as standard on the late 23 models… just looking on places like auto trader and some googling about shows me so many mixed versions and even the online configurator doesn’t say anything - yes it may say virtual cockpit comes as standard but I’ve seen many KAROQ Sportline registered in September - November have the tiny little screen which would annoy me considering the vehicle I have currently has a lovely large virtual cockpit that I couldn’t get rid of on a newer vehicle. if anyone could point me in the right direction as to what size Virtual cockpit, 10.25 or the measly 8” screen I’d receive on a brand new order I’d appreciate it a lot. any help again is appreciated !! Thanks in advance
