    Bought a Hella speed sensor so not oem but reliable.

    I just presumed that it had to be something related to the dust shield removal as it was then the issues started.

    Hey. So I cut out the brake disc shield which had rotted away from the bolts causing some major noise issues, on next drive the ABS/ESP/TPMS lights all illuminated. Presumed that I had damaged the speed sensor whilst taking the shield out so bought and fitted a new one. But the problem has stayed. There’s no code displayed on the obd sensor to clear so I’m a bit confused as to why they are still present. It’s surely to do with the dust shield removal? Or just coincidence?
