  1. Engine drops to idle when driving

    Hi folks have daughter has 1.2 htp fabia, it would drop to idle revs on normal driving for few seconds then apparently restore to revs to match acceleration pedal, local mechanic said he cleaned some vacuum area and daughter able to drive to England but intermittent fault appears to have returned. No fault codes, engine hot or cold, I assumed throttle body or pedal sensor fault. Car no longer in n. Ireland so can't physically check it. Any thoughts, car runs fine otherwise. Thanks in advance
