Hi Dave, Thanks for your response. Yes it was part of the Monte Carlo original equipment. How can i test the antennae connection?. I thought it may be a problem with the software being out of date and it cannot find the satellite.

Hi, My 2013 Fabia Amundsen SatNav has started to go faulty. it recently lost its ability to display a route or its initial position(it thinks its in Germany not the UK). I have tried to get the latest software update but the Skoda website does not recognise my VIN number so I cannot download the correct software. I also do not have the original SD card and never have had one to my knowledge, does this represent an issue in terms of uploading any latest software. Please can anyone help. Regards john
