I've had several attempts again since posting my question above. I realised what I was doing wrong. When going through the process of remotely activating window down and up again I hadn't realised I needed to lift the window switch again for a few seconds until hearing a slight click. I hope this helps others. 🙂👍

Hi, I have read about resetting the windows which should correct the mirror issue but for me it is not working I have also researched YouTube and followed their instructions to no avail. Is there another way to get the wing mirrors to retract from the key fob? They do wind in manually from inside the car. Thanks for any help.
