Hello Alasdair Firstly, I must apologise for the delay in replying to your post. I haven't yet had a go at repairing the switch and I'll probably do what you did and buy a switch. I assume that for around a tenner it was a used switch from a seller on ebay. Or was it somewhere that specialises in Skoda parts?

Hello, The driver's window on my Fabia Mark 1 dropped to the bottom of the door and I have managed to raise the window to the top of the door and temporarily secure it. Unfortunately, when I unplugged the window electrical cable from the regulator (orange plug) I didn't unplug it properly and the 5 parts shown below came away from the regulator. Does anyone have any idea how these 5 parts fit together? I'd be very grateful for any help. Thanks
