  1. Just an update, changed the sensor. I would recommend keeping the little red covers and using them on the new wires into the connector plug as long as they haven't been burnt. I was advised that the iCarsoft VAWS V3.0 has the option to calibrate the sensor saving me buying the OBDeleven NextGen. I have driven 70 miles since and all good so far. Hopefully this will be of help to somebody on here.
  2. Hello, I have a skoda mk3 estate 2.0 tdi 150. Around 132,00 miles. Had my timing belt and water pump changed 800 miles ago and then yesterday i got the coil light flashing and limp mode. Managed to get home and turned engine off, 10 mins later started no coil light but a eml instead. Read the code with a iCarsoft VAWS V3.0. Got p245400 and p245300. I have added some pics of the damage and wiring plug colours and part numbers. I've bought a new sensor and plug and some cable from tps cardiff. I'll be cutting the burnt connector off and soldering the new cable and connector on tomorrow. I was hoping there's a kind person in the south east wales area who can calibrate the sensor for me? I would obviously pay for the help. If not i'm thinking of buying the OBDeleven NextGen for just under euro 77.99 and comes with 100 credits. Anyone know how long you get to use the credits?
  3. Hello, been lurking for a while! Honestly what a web site. Full of very nice like minded so helpful people with great advice, some guess but a lot more are very knowledgeable. Yes, like a few I decided to join as I have developed a problem with my Skoda Octavia Mk3 estate 2.0 150 diesel. Any way will post more with pictures tomorrow and I've done so far to fix it. Have a great night. .
