  1. Any new findings? Have you removed the plastic part?
  2. Try to remove the plastic part, let me know how it is behaving.
  3. Can you post a video with the noise you currently have? With the oil cap removal and everything. Just to compare to mine with the plastic between the rubber and the spring
  4. Yep, after I've removed the plastic part from the pcv head. Its only rubber diaphragm and original spring
  5. No weird noises, no excessive suction on oil cap. VID_20240116103431.mp4
  6. How can I add a video to this post? If I film with my camera it will be a very large file
  7. Yeah they don't want to deal with other problems or diagnostics in my garage. Seems like everyone throwing responsibility at each other. Worst service ever.
  8. I removed the plastic part that sits between the rubber and the spring in pcv head cover and its much better now. I've added a picture of the plastic part I'm talking about. The plastic probably too thick and spring is too short. When using it without the plastic part, its much better. Try this method and let me know
  9. In the authorized garage they wait for check engine light but there is none. Don't know what to do next cause they changed the pcv 3 times already and still same problem.
  10. Do you still feel suction on each of the two holes of the PCV head and have a "vacuum cleaner sound"?
  11. Thank You for the information! I'll keep you updated if I find anything about this issue. They changed 3 pcv's and still same noise. My brother has the exact same engine and his pcv is very quiet, no air vacuum from the pcv holes. But, the suction in the oil cap and the dip stick is still there. I don't have any idea why mine making the exact noise as yours in your very first video.
  12. About the fuel tank I really don't know. Do you still feel suction in the oil cap with new engine and PCV?
  13. I have the same noise on Canister Evap pipe. I replaced it since you can hear it through the cabin. After replacing it with the original part, same noise. The mechanic told me it's a normal sound for those engines and it's not an engine knock or something like that. It related to the fuel lines and it will be the same noise even if you replace it over and over.
