It's not been changed since I got the car, it had 85.000 on clock then??

I’ve had lights turned off since I posted let’s see what happens, all servicing done yearly, it has 102,000 on the clock, mots a 2005 1.4 74bhp 16v petrol automatic,

No lights on dash, the only thing is when I first turn on ignition the inspection flashes for a couple of minutes then goes off, and the spanner icon comes on,?
