I have done liquimoly diesel purge direct method to clean injectors,also will change engine oil with synthetic one and add liquimoly mos2,as the current one might be mineral oil

I have a skoda octavia mk2 1.9pd,with 1 lakh kms on odo, unfortunately it met with an accident and was with mechanic for more than a year,but now it sounds very rough and undrivable,I got it repaired in first place because it was less driven and I love the car very much for it's sturdy feel,but now I feel my head was stolen and replaced with worn out head,how to get the engine to it's original condition https://youtube.com/shorts/WDrIms-q_a4?si=ZP4jdqBS78VkU8Z4
