It didn’t reset it just went into a loop of the screen going blank and then the red screen coming back. Even when I switched the engine off it remained on in a loop

The car did it itself when I turned on the ignition. The infotainment system was turned off on the previous journey and all I did was start the car!

Hi sorry if this has already been dealt with elsewhere but a quick look and I couldn’t find anything. My infotainment system has turned red with a emergency download screen saying “no suitable update found please insert valid update” Attached photos can anyone help?
