If anyone in future comes here looking for this part I managed to track it down through Partshaus. It is a spring disc part no. 6R0412341B

I am currently collecting all parts to build new front suspension struts to replace my old ones. I have managed to find everything apart from number 19 on the image below. if anyone can help me with what it is actually called so I can search or even better provide a link to buy I would be eternally grateful!
