I only have one user set (me), I tried to add a profile for my wife but it got stuck and never completed. When I have tested the lock/unlock sequence, I only have one key on me - the other is in a Faraday pouch in the house! Getting by with just pressing the seat button when I get in the car, I'll try it again one day. Sorry for the late response, I didn't get any notifications!

Tried that! I'll play another day.... .. and report back if I find out how to do it!

OK, I had a play. Unlocked with wife's key, seat moved to her position. Exited car, lock with her key (using the button). Unlocked with my key, seat moved to her position (comfort retract set). Moved seat for my position (by recalling memory), exited car, locked with button on my key. Unlocked with her key, seat moved to my position...... Same the other way round, if I unlock with her key, then set her position on the seat, lock with her key, then unlock with mine, it goes to her position.... Couldn't see anything obvious in settings, but some of them are obscure. Hey-ho!

Hi, I have had my mHEV 1.5 SE L est for 6 weeks now and I love it! I have set myself up as Primary user, all is good. If I set up my wife as a user (not primary), will the car recognise her key and switch to her user? Will it apply personalisation (seat position - I have memory seats), main phone, radio etc?

Did you miss me? Now on my third Octy Estate, brief (actually 6.5 years) flirtation with a Ford Focus before taking delivery of a new Octavia SE L DSG Estate. Why did I try Ford again? So far, loving the Octy. Graphite Grey, memory seats, light and view package. I'm home!

Got it (mostly) sorted..... I'm sure I'll find other things it can do!

Collected it today, drove home, lovely! Got My Skoda to connect (eventually!), now exploring all the different functions etc. Big change in tech level from my 6 yr old Focus!

Just all the pre-collection docs, setup a bank transfer for the money, car will be registered and I'm collecting a week today! Off to the Royal International Air Tattoo on Thursday - didn't want to take a brand new car and park it on a well rutted grass field!

Email from dealer last Friday (20th), car is ready! Due to holidays and other things that I don't want to take a brand new car to, I've delayed pick-up for 3 weeks. I'll manage!!!

I've got a few weeks yet, I'm expecting the car mid-July.

Spare wheel, metallic paint (graphite grey), assisted drive package plus, electrically adjustable seats with memory, light and view package. My last Octavia was (I think) a v3 - 12 plate, so things will have moved on! We had a good test drive before I ordered, the dealer just said 'bring it back in 45-60 mins! When we got back into the Focus to come home (19 plate) it felt quite primitive! Trying to decide whether to go with the trade-in deal, or sell with WBAC or Motorway - I know I will get more than trade-in, but a bit more hassle.

I'm coming back to Skoda. I've had 2 Octavias, both estates, both L&K. First one was diesel (company car), second petrol. Then went to Ford Focus, now coming back to Skoda. SE l 1.5 DGS estate in Graphite Grey, plus a few toys.

OK, thanks! I've done the pre-activation bits, just need to be patient. Dues to various holidays and other events, I can't take delivery until mid-July.

Car is built, and at the port in Germany. I have the VIN and entered it into the My Skoda app, but I can't do the final activation bit until I get the car. Is it possible to get shipping status updates in the app? or is it just the dealer that can do this?

Ordered 10th Feb? Any extras on the car or base model? I normally get an update every Friday from the dealer, mine was ordered 24th March. Last weeks update was 'no update'! No build date as yet.

I ordered mine through a dealer, I have an order number (but suppose it might be dealer specific). Only been a week since I ordered it, must learn to be patient!

Is this MySkoda? If so, how do I add my order to the app??
