Hi superbmk2guy has it got the soft coating, because my driver's side one has been replaced with one that hasn't, and to be honest I prefer it .

The door pull (handle) on the passenger side in my MK2 superb right hand drive, is very sticky and soft because of the rubber coating deteriorating, so I'm looking to replace it. Now the driver's side has already been replaced by a previous owner with one that is hard plastic but still has the texture, but no rubber coating does anyone know where I can buy one like the hard plastic one.

Hi youngtimer I do like cars cars from the VAG group, having a VW beetle as well, but the Skoda's seem to have that bit extra especially the superb, which was bought to replace my Saab to make my regular 6 hour round trips to the midlands as comfortable as possible, and I have to say it does a brilliant job.
