Hello all Other half has a Kamiq, and hit a pheasant at 55mph yesterday which bounced off the top of the windscreen. Unbelievably, no damage outside, but it dislodged the rear view mirror and overhead console. The console is in 3 parts and I've managed to remove everything apart from rear piece that has the sunglasses storage in. This bit needs to come off as it is key to getting everything back together properly but I'm buggered if I can get it off. It is being held in place at the rear somehow (just by the buttons for SOS etc) and it doesn't feel like it will just pop off...it feels as if there may be some screws somewhere, or at least some sort of hook and eye type affair. Any ideas ?
