I am afraid that I have swapped my 2016 Octavia VRS Estate 4x4 for a 2019 SEAT Leon Estate 2wd. The reason was the poor mpg from the Octavia. While the car was superbly comfortable and poised, it never felt quick (all the better for Skoda), The car just did what I had bought it for. The Skoda only averaged 39 mpg over the last 40,000 miles (many of which were in the hills or narrow country lanes with a Tentbox on its roof (minus 10%)) My previous SEAT Leon FR 170 always averaged 50 mpg without tootling around everywhere. I have enjoyed my time with the Skoda and may be back in the future! Regards, Steve

I have just had my 2016 VRS Estate 4x4 serviced at a dealer. They have picked up that both front wishbones have separated the fwd bushes. Bit of a surprise having had a 4 wheel alignment carried out a month ago with no problems! The dealer has quoted £247 to replace both wishbones. Seems that this may be caused by the amount of potholes around the area where I live (Cheshire). I have a question over the replacement of these about whether or not the use of Audi TT alloy wishbones would be a good idea? if so what would I need, Wishbones only or would I need to change the subframe as well? The car has only done 70.000 miles.

Could this be an update for a Digital Dashboard model?

Hi Modzo! I was not expecting any physical changes, just an idea of any bugs they might have cleared. I updated to MU 0369 last night and the only thing I noticed was that before I could not work out how to clear the previous owners phones but now it was easy.

Thanks Modzo! Any ideas on the difference between MU 0369 and MU 0480? I think that I will update to MU 0369 first and see what the results are!

Hi All, I am about to collect a 2016 Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI vRS Estate DSG 4WD. This is my retirement present and I will be hopefully going all over Europe in this vehicle. I am currently a Document Controller for a company near Warrington but I live near Northwich. I used to be a walker but following a blocked artery this has now virtually stopped.
