My Infotainment system sometimes works well and sometimes behaves weirdly - not responding to buttons, randomly dialling phone numbers. I can never predict whether it will work or not. I wondered if it needed a software update? My device is a 5Q0035842B (or H30 with software 0361). The software train is: MST2_EU_SK_ZR_PO361T and in the "versions" it suggests there is an update 0361-1. I wondered if that might help fix the problem - if so is it possible to get the update? Or is it possible the touchscreen is faulty? Thanks in advance for your help!
