  1. I installed new amplifier REBEC R6S and DLS CRPP-2.6 speaker set. Sound quality is from another planet after installing these. Also front doors were soundproofed with butyl mat and "foamy mat". Tweeters were the last part of this project. Now I started to google 10" woofer and amplifier to spare tire holder in trunk. I think that this project is taking next step really soon. I think that I am having midlife crisis of some sort because I am tuning car sound system. Or maybe I just like to make my life quality a bit better because my work involves loads of driving. Anyway I am really happy with the results.
  2. Thank you Giannis20 for help. I got it done. Just had to use little force to get there.
  3. Ok, so there aren't any clips on the trim other than those 3 which are shown in the picture? Just pull (quite hard) to release clips before second phase? Thank you! I will try this today and hope that I won't break anything
  4. Actually I did watch this video before I started my audio project. Door panels are all done like instructed in this video but A-pillar trim removal is not as easy as it seems in the video. I can only bend first corner of the trim but window side is stuck hard. I can't pull trim upwards like shown in the video. Is there some trick how to get trim loose from window side? It surely isn't a walk in the park as it seems in the video. Guy just pulls trim little and it snaps off... Airbag is blocking the vision so I can't see how trim is attached on the window side. There must be something because it is bending only from the door side.
  5. Does anyone have guide or pictures how to remove a-pillar trim of Octavia IV? I am trying to change tweeters but trim seems to be really tight and I am afraid that I will break it if I twist from wrong position. Hours of googling didn't get me anywhere. All guides seems to be for older models. Thanks.
