Thanks I'll try the cam sensor. I did get a bigger battery and that seemed to of helped a lot aswell

Anyone any ideas why the 1.9tdi BKC engine starts first time when cold, but struggles when hot ?

Thanks for replying. Car has a/c. struggles to start when hot. brilliant when cold. So thought I start with the easiest solution.
